In partnership, Shaun has led a joint venture that established a boutique consulting firm assisting hospitals and medical practices deliver improved care under the US Government’s MACRA initiative. As the Principal Consultant, Shaun created the vision, developed strategic partnerships, and led engagements for the firm.

Mr. Gause also led Align Technology’s (Invisalign) consulting division, ADAPT. In this capacity, Shaun developed the division’s capacity and led a consulting team that drove growth and profitability, increased operational efficiencies and improved stakeholder experience for the company and its clients.

As Area Vice President – Life Sciences, Shaun led life science engagements and strategic partnerships for Innovaccer Inc. Innovaccer is a leading health information technology company with health cloud technology and tools that provide digital health solutions for providers, payers, Pharma and Clinical Research Organizations.

Mr. Gause possesses strong academic credentials. He earned a dual Global Executive MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business (Washington, DC) and Esade Business School (Barcelona, Spain). He received his BA from Kalamazoo College and attended the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business for Executive Education in decision theory and finance. Mr. Gause is pursuing his Juris Doctorate with a focus on International Business from Purdue University.
